Refund Policy

At Velmora Supplies, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may have the right to cancel your purchase and/or return the goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The 14-day cancellation period begins on the day you, or a person you have designated (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

If your order is delivered in multiple shipments or consists of multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive the last item or last shipment of the order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order within the applicable cancellation period.

Returning the Goods

After notifying us that you wish to cancel your order, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel.

The goods should be returned in suitable condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

If you validly cancel your order, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option are not refundable, where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The refund may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Order Cancellations Before Fulfillment

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request cancellation through your customer account where the cancellation option is available.

Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

Certain goods may be excluded from the right of cancellation where permitted by applicable law. This may include goods that:

• are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
• are sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken;
• are goods that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
• are otherwise excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

Your statutory rights regarding defective, non-conforming, or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected by this policy.
